Posted on March 19, 2009 by No Comments

Following up on our story a few days ago about Browns receiver Donte Stallworth and his accident that killed a pedestrian, a Miami TV station is reporting that Stallworth was in fact over the legal limit for alcohol although police have not confirmed this story.

Reportedly Stallworth’s blood alcohol limit was 0.12, higher than the legal limit of 0.08. If this report is true Stallworth will face both DUI and Manslaughter charges and could face a maximum of 15 years in prison.
