Part Of The 2009 NFL Schedule Released

The NFL announced some of their schedule yesterday, here is a quick recap…
The NFL opener will feature the Tennessee Titans and champion Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday September 10th, the opening Sunday night football game on NBC will feature the Chicago Bears and Green Bay Packers and the opening Monday night game will feature a doubleheader between the New England Patriots and Buffalo Bills, followed by the Oakland Raiders and San Diego Chargers.
The thanksgiving day schedule which will again feature three games on Fox, CBS and the NFL Network. The Detroit Lions will host division rival Chicago Bears in the first game on Fox, the Oakland Raiders make a trip to the Dallas Cowboys in the CBS game and the New York Giants will visit the Denver Broncos on NFL Network later that evening.
